After more than 20 years as a wedding videographer, I’ve turned my focus to something just as meaningful — helping individuals, couples, and families preserve their stories for the generations that follow.
Recently, I asked a friend’s adult daughter if she knew her mother once held the high jump record in high school. She didn’t. She had never heard that story.
My own mother believed she may have been named after one of the Dionne quintuplets, but she wasn’t sure. My late father once told me that as a teenager he set pins in a bowling alley before automatic pinsetters were invented. Beyond that, I realize now how many things I never thought to ask.

YOUR STORY
Every story is unique. Options provide flexibility while keeping the process simple and comfortable. Both options follow a similar process:
A Pre-production Meeting: Together we’ll go over your story so I can create a list of questions tailored specifically to you. We’ll also discuss photos, home video or memorabilia that we can include in your video.
Video Recording (option 1): This recording session can take place at your home or business, remotely via zoom, or in-studio. Expect recording time to take anywhere from 45 minutes to 2 hours.
Video Recording (option 2) This recording session could take place at your home or business, or in studio, with the option of additional on-site recording sessions at multiple locations. Each of these videos is unique, with recording sites and sessions to be determined in the pre-production meeting. Let’s talk about what works best for you.
Post Production: In this phase, I combine the video with soft background music and incorporate photos at just the right moments, creating a beautifully crafted life story that can be shared and treasured for generations.

RETROSPECTIVE The Legacy Documentary Experience
A more in-depth, cinematic approach to telling a life story.
A documentary-style film, comprised of an interview, interwoven with pictures and scenes from sites of significance, music, plus thoughts from friends and family.

One seated interview up to 3 hours

Additional location shoots at meaningful places
